Washington, Ta. February 27, 2020, Friday

India has started politics in the US right now on the issue of violence in New Delhi. Bernie Sanders, who has been the main contender for the upcoming presidential election in the United States after American MPs reacted strongly to the Delhi violence, called Trump's silence a "failure of leadership" on the issue.

He called Trump's statement a failure of the American leadership on human rights and accused Trump of failing on the issue of human rights. Reacting to US President Donald Trump's statement on Delhi violence, Bernie Sanders said that Trump's trip to India was a failure of the American leadership.

In response to a question asked by Trump at the same time that he was in Delhi, he said, "As far as attacks on some people are concerned, I have heard about this, but I have not discussed this with Prime Minister Modi." This is an internal matter of India. After Trump's statement Bernie Sanders tweeted, more than 200 million Muslims call India their home.

Violence by anti-Muslim mobs has left more than 27 people dead and many injured. But Trump dismisses it as an internal matter of India. This is the failure of the American leadership on the issue of human rights. Bernie Sanders is the dominant candidate for the presidency from the Democratic Party after Elizabeth Warren, who has tweeted in opposition to the Delhi violence. Earlier, American lawmakers also raised concerns about violence in Delhi.

"We have kept an eye on the latest violence in New Delhi," said a joint statement from the Democratic Party - American MPs Mark Warner and John Cornyn. We look forward to communicating freely on such worrisome topics to further our long-term partnership. American lawmaker Jamie Ruskin said he feared violence was spread through sectarian hatred.

Liberal democratic countries must protect their religious freedom and diversity and avoid discrimination and bigotry. "India is on the path to success because the population of the vast Muslim community considers itself Indian, but now it is in danger as the government is trying to repeat 'identity politics' for political gain," said Richard N. Hess, chair of the Council on Foreign Affairs. General Chat Chat Lounge

The UN human rights chief on Thursday expressed concern over India's citizenship reform law and reports of 'inaction by police' to stop violence in Delhi. In the 43rd session of the Human Rights Council on the Development of Human Rights in Geneva, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet also raised the issue of stability in Jammu and Kashmir. He said the Citizenship Improvement Act (CAA), which was implemented last year, is a major cause for concern.
