Sexual intercourse with a woman by lying is considered rap

The Bombay High Court has ruled that if a man receives consent (consent) for a woman's body on the basis of the conviction that I do not love you and anyone other than you, the Bombay High Court has ruled that it is not lawful.

The woman had a deep affection for the accused, so he did not have intercourse with her. Instead, it is a case in which a man has tempted a woman to have such a relationship, the judges added.
