H1B visa rules become more stringent after Trump became president: Add one more rule

Ever since Donald Trump took over as president of the United States, the rules for employers, the employer, have become increasingly stringent. Citizens of any country are facing many difficulties in obtaining visas.

This year, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has tightened the rules for Haven-B visas.

As per the new rule, it is now mandatory for the employer to register online for H-OneB visa. All details of the visa to be given in registration and the basic information of the hiring company have to be given.

Each registration has to pay a fee of $ 10, which will be non-refundable. Registration process will be started from 1st March, 2020 which will be closed on 20th March 2020. By March 31, the registration company will have to inform the employer about the selection.

The employer will have 90 days to complete the process for the number of registrations to be selected. During this period, the applicant will have to share all his / her information. It is worth mentioning that 85000 visas are issued by the US every year.

Of these, 20,000 visas are reserved for those holding a Master's Degree or even higher. The previous process had to register with the employer the visa recipient's information in the first five days of April. Now have to register online.
