Gargie College Harassment Case: The issue reached Parliament after the performance of the students

The recent incident with Delhi University's Gargi College student students has taken a serious turn. The incident was also discussed in Parliament. Explaining the matter, the education minister said that anti-social elements had penetrated outside the college.

On the other hand, the team of the National Women's Commission also visited the college as serious. College students, who have been silent about the incident since Monday morning, have been demonstrating and asking for answers about their own safety.

The college management is planning to declare the strike indefinitely, even after taking no drastic step by the college management, after detailing the incident on social media.

According to sources, no students have filed any complaint about the incident but there is anger among the students over the entire incident. Police have said that we have not received any complaint yet. However, police have started investigating the incident on their own. A police team has also reached the college for investigation.

It is worth mentioning that, at the Annual Fest held at Delhi University's Gargi College on the night of February 6, some anti-social elements entered the college and harassed the students. About the incident, a college student shared a post on social media. Which went viral after the tweet.
