Delhi Police stressed this day, will march in Jamia after Juma prayer

New Delhi: 28 February 2020, Friday

After three consecutive days of violence, Delhi Police will again have to face a severe test as Juma's prayers are held today.

The first Jumu'ah prayers are today after the violence and then the worshipers will march to Jamia. Thus the police have to pay attention to two sides. On the one hand is Ishaan Delhi area and on the other hand there is Zuma prayer in South Delhi.

Earlier, the Supreme Court had criticized the police for working out of the box. Juma's prayers are in the midst of continuous tensions in Delhi. The worshipers will then march from the Jama Masjid of Jamia to the central canteen. It seems natural for the police to want a peaceful march this March.

Meanwhile, there was peace on Thursday in Ishaan Delhi. Police registered 48 FIRs and arrested 106 people. A police spokeswoman said some of the storms had been identified. Others were being identified by video clips.
