Delhi Assembly Election Voting has begun. The voting process will be held from 8am to 6pm for the election of all 70 assembly seats.
The system has completed all voting preparations. Delhiites have been getting a lot of enthusiasm for the polls. People are arriving at many polling stations from early morning to vote.
Additional security has been set up at polling booths in Shaheenbagh and other sensitive areas, along with tightening of security in the national capital, from polling. In Delhi, there are a total 47 million 86 thousand 382 voters.
The ruling party is thus the Aam Aadmi Party. There is a tripartite battle between the BJP and the Congress. The Election Commission has claimed that all EVMs are foolproof.
There can be no interruptions. A total of 672 candidates are trying their luck in 70 assembly seats. 190 companies of the Central Armed Police Force have been deployed to protect the Delhi Assembly elections.
