Army personnel will now be saluted and honored at every toll plaza in the country.

As part of a special protocol, the National Highway Authority of India has given the order to all toll plazas in the country. It has also been implemented.

Until now no such protocol existed. Instead of going to the catalyst, there were complaints of bad behavior. The complaints were exacerbated after the fast tag system was implemented. In view of all this, a special circular has been made for the army.

Now that the army vehicles are passing by, they are also being seen at the toll plaza with salute.
