323 citizens return to India from China

Corona virus declared 'global emergency'
The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared a deadly corona virus spread in China as a global emergency. WHO made the decision when the virus killed 212 people in China. So far 15,000 are said to have been affected by the virus.
