Nirbhaya's mother also told Narendra Modi, "Why are you failing to keep the promises you made in 2014?" Why haven't my daughter's criminals been hanged yet? It is noteworthy that Modi had raised the issue of Nirbhaya even in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, though it has been a long time since he came to power.
