UPDATED: A head offender in UP made 23 children for 11 hours, police said in a clash.

A local Uttar Pradesh gangster was shot dead by police after hours and rescued 23 hostages.

The children were in a frightened state during the hours-long tide. Subhash Subhash was killed and his wife injured in a minor shootout by police. The woman also died at the hospital during treatment.

The couple's one-year-old daughter was sent to a safe place by police. According to police, Subhash was a real culprit. Murder and other crimes were registered against him. He was released on bail just two months ago.

He took hostages by calling himself there to party with the children on the occasion of his birthday. He told the police to withdraw the case against me only to leave the children otherwise they would kill the children one by one.

Police found a large quantity of ammunition and weapons from his house.
