The world's first driverless high-speed smart train in China runs between Beijing and Zhangjiako

The world's first driverless high-speed smart train in China ran between Beijing and Zhangjiako. This smart train completed 174 kilometers in just 47 minutes with 10 stops. Apart from the smart lights, 5G and wireless charging facilities are also available in the train. A budget of Rs 56,496 crore was allocated for this train project.

The 2022 Winter Olympics will be held in China. Beijing and the city of Zhangjiako host the Olympics. In view of the Olympics, China has launched a special smart train between Beijing and the city of Zhangjiako. China has claimed that the SmartTrain is the world's first driverless high-speed train. The 174-km distance between Beijing and Zhangjiakou City will complete the train in just 45 to 47 minutes.

The SmartTrains, which originated from Beijing, reached Zhangjiako City with the help of smart technology, a specially developed navigation system in China. China allocated an estimated budget of Rs 56,496 crore for this project. The train features wireless charging, 5G network connection and smart lighting.

All the features of this train are available with the help of Artificial Intelligence. The train is driverless, but an engineer is present on the driverboard. This engineer has to suspend position if there is an emergency. The robot will be Maintained by the train. Robots are operating at each stop. China State Railway Group said that the self-propelled bullet train has been renamed.
