New delhi date. January 10, 2020, Friday

The opposition has now surrounded the government, given the Supreme Court's ruling on sanctions in Kashmir. Congress leader Randeep Surjewal said that the Supreme Court gave the first blow of the year 2020. Modi has been reminded by the Supreme Court that the constitution is thicker than Modi's.

Former Finance Minister P Chidambaram said that it was clear from the Supreme Court order that the sanctions imposed on the central government and the Jammu and Kashmir administration were hasty and arrogant. Also, Chidambaram demanded that any officers and administrators present in the Supreme Court be replaced and a whole new team should be deployed there.

Chidambaram demanded that Malik Malik, who was governor of Jammu and Kashmir long after the sanctions were imposed, was also responsible for the decisions the Supreme Court raised. Therefore, in accepting this responsibility, they should resign from their position as Governor. It is noteworthy that Malik is currently the Governor of Goa when 370 were removed, he was the Governor of Kashmir.
