Rohingya not included in CAA will be deported: Jitendra Singh

Jammu, Ta. January 4, 2020, Saturday

Union Minister Jitendra Singh said that the CAA (Citizenship Investigation Act) has been implemented in Jammu and Kashmir. He also made it clear that the CAA would not include Rohingya Muslims and that they would have to leave this country as per the law. He said that our next target after CAA is to dispose of Rohingya country.

Also, how he came to Jammu and Kashmir and how he reached Rohingya in other states should be investigated. Speaking at a program in Jammu, the Union Minister said that the day the CAB passed in both the houses and became CAA, it was implemented in Jammu and Kashmir.

If and when you have no resources for the implementation of CAA, its implementation has begun. Chief ministers of Kerala and West Bengal as well as Congress-ruled states and other states are saying they will not implement the CAA. In such a situation, the Union Minister claimed that the execution had begun in Jammu and Kashmir.

He said that now we should clarify what will happen in Jammu and Kashmir. Now the action will be taken to return the Rohingya Muslims who are in Jammu and Kashmir as they are not citizens of this country and they will not be given any refuge under CAA law as they are included. Not done. He claimed that the government would prepare a list of Rohingya Muslims and that further action would be taken later on.

Government data claims that a total of six foreigners, including Rohingya Muslims and Bangladeshi nationals, are living in Jammu and Samba districts. Their population has increased by about 3 during the period 1 to 3. CAA and NRC issues are currently underway across the country. In the midst of this situation, the government is now taking action on Rohingya Muslims.
