Judges have to become lawmakers if Parliament makes bad laws: Hamid Ansari Former Vice President Hamid Ansari today said that when bad laws are made in Parliament, they are challenged in a cart where judges have to act like lawmakers.

He was speaking at an event held here. He said that good laws are made only when special sessions of parliament or legislatures are not convened to include the opinion of the rulers.
