Iranian lawmaker Ahmed Hamzei announces $ 3 million reward for Trump

New delhi date. January 21, 2020, Tuesday

Relations between US and Iran are worsening. Once again, Iranian lawmaker Hamjei has announced a reward of $ 3 million for the assassination of US President Donald Trump.

Earlier, Iran's top leader Ali Khomeini said in Tehran that the killing of top IRGC General Qasim Sulaimani had exposed the terrorist nature of the United States.

Ever since the US assassinated Qasim Sulaimani, tensions have continued between the two countries. After the death of Qasim Sulaimani, Iran attacked a US military base in Iraq with a missile. Iran then feared that the United States would once again attack it for revenge. With this in mind, he deployed troops.

Ukraine's passenger plane was targeted when it passed through an Iranian military base. There were 176 passengers killed. The incident was widely criticized worldwide. Iranian leaders say the US is responsible for the killings as well.

However, Ahmad Hamzeh did not say whether the Iranian government approved the prize he announced. He said that having nuclear weapons would save Tehran from danger.

It is worth mentioning that in the first week of January when the US assassinated Sulaimani, tensions between the United States and Iran intensified. Meanwhile, three rockets were fired at the US embassy in the Iraqi capital Baghdad's high security zone.

However, no casualties were reported in the attack. According to sources, sirens were heard throughout the area after the rocket was released. The green zone is in Baghdad where there are government buildings and diplomatic facilities.
