Speaking on the challenges faced by Pakistan and China, the Army Chief said that we are ready to face any situation. On the issue of Pakistan's conspiracy on the control line, he said that through intelligence input and the readiness of the military, we are thwarting Pakistan's conspiracies.

Awaiting Government Order to Military on POK

While Home Minister Amit Shah has claimed in Pakistan that Pakistanis are a part of Authorized Kashmir India, the Army Chief said that Jammu and Kashmir is a part of the united India as per the parliamentary resolution. Parliament wishes that it could be possible if we still have control over the POK. Whenever the order comes in this regard we are ready for due process.

The army has done well on Kashmir

Regarding the removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, the army president said that the situation in Kashmir was good. Much work has been done on the stability of Kashmir. Then it is the control line or the valley of Kashmir. We are getting the full support of the people. We are also getting support from the family system and the police.

Crop conspiracies at LOC failed

On the dangers posed by Pakistan on the Line of Control, the Army Chief said that the Indian Army was capable of meeting these challenges. He said we are active on the control line. We are getting input on a daily basis and we are seriously working on it. Due to this we have been able to break the bat action from Pakistan.

Our focus on the China border

The alliance of China and Pakistan cannot be ignored at any cost. Regarding the situation of the two-front war, China and Pakistan together, General Narwani said that our borders with Pakistan are strong, but now we are focusing on strengthening the Chinese border.

Work is under way to make it closer to China's borders, barracks for soldiers to stay, and more stores for ammunition. Indian Army has now deployed its advanced advance weapons along the China border. However, relations between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping have improved between India and China after formal meetings in Wuhan and later in Malappuram.

Work is underway to reorganize the military

Emphasizing the improvement in the military infrastructure, the Army Chief said that we were restructuring the army. There have been four studies on this and all are in different stages. There was a study on restructuring the Army Headquarters. It has been given to the government. Now formal approval is awaited. Another study is from the Integrated Battle Group. The study was done to make the military more prepared for battle.
