Father rapes daughter on four remarks

A Tanjore woman court has sentenced a 31-year-old father to four rapes simultaneously for repeated raping his minor daughter. The woman judge said that this man should be rooted in jail till he dies.

The accused, identified as Kumar, was himself infected with HIV due to his association with market women. When she was presented in court on Tuesday, Judge Azhilarsi expressed her outrage that the man was sentenced to life in prison until the last breath of his life. The ruling was upsetting throughout the court.

The women's court had directed the state government to allocate Rs 5 lakh to the state government for the treatment of the girl child. The reputable judge said that after raping an underage daughter, anyone would tell her that the threat of killing her life was akin to a robbery. He is sentenced to six months in prison.

Kumar Namdhari, a laborer who worked as a laborer in Madhukarai village of Tanjore district, had been raping and raping his ten-year-old daughter for some time. If she threatens her daughter or tells her I will kill her.

Police did not disclose further details and identities of the case by court order.
