Donald Trump will visit India from February 24 to 26

US President Donald Trump is due to visit India from February 24 to 26. This will be Trump's first Indian tour.

However, no official announcement has been made yet. Trade deals could be announced between the two countries during Trump's likely trip. Trump's trip will take place between his impeachment trial and campaigning for the president.

The visit is also considered important because of the relations between the two countries, the partnership between the two countries has been strengthening in the last few years. However, trade deals between the two countries have been delayed. Because some companies from both countries are objecting to trade deals.

India's newly appointed Indian ambassador to the US Taranjit Singh Sandhu is monitoring the preparations for the trip. He will take over as ambassador in February.
