Crude bombs found on railway tracks in West Bengal, mixed response to India bandh

New delhi date. Wednesday 8 January 2020

With the shouting that the current government's policy is so anti-people, the country has received mixed response to the call made by the trade unions of India.

However, the highest impact was observed in East and North India. In West Bengal, Trinamool Congress workers burned tires and crude bombs were found on the Howrah railway line. Left-leaning protesters were shouting slogans with red flags.

The biggest impact of today's Bharat Bandh was to affect the functioning of the banks. However, banks had already informed most of the bourses and markets of necessities that their deal was likely to be affected by the closure.

However, reports of twelve o'clock in the afternoon following continuous rising inflation, unemployment and economic downturn showed that the dam had not achieved 100 percent success.

There were reports of forced and intimidating markets closing in some places.
