All four Nirbhaya criminals will be hanged on May 22

Nirbhaya will be hanged for rap and murder. The Delhi court has issued a death warrant against all the culprits who are currently imprisoned in this case, so the criminals will be hanged at seven in the morning on the 22nd.

Patiala House Court Judge of Delhi spoke to the perpetrators through a video conference. During the hearing, both Nirbhaya's mother as well as the mother of convict Mukesh wept in court. One mother's grief was about to lose her daughter, while the other mother's grief was lost with her son lost.

Four convicts Akshay, Mukesh, Vinay and Pawan were sentenced to death in the case, after which they filed a review petition in the Supreme Court which was rejected by the Supreme Court. A death warrant has now been issued against the perpetrators, rejecting the review petition.

On the other hand, the plaintiff's lawyer AP Singh said that he would file a curative petition in the Supreme Court. By law, when a review petition of an offender is rejected, he has the final option of a curative petition. However, curative petitions are often accepted in rare cases. So even if this curative petition is filed, it is unlikely that it will survive in the Supreme.

While the case was underway in Delhi's Patiala House Court, no entry was given to the media. Meanwhile, both Nirbhaya and Mukesh's mother were present in the courtroom. There was a brief clash between the two in the courtroom but the judge calm both. Both mothers wept when the death warrant was issued.

On the other hand, after the death warrant was issued, Pawan Jallad said, "I am the only one sufficient to execute these convicts." The wind executioner will hange the guilty. Curative petition, mercy plea barrier

This execution date can be extended. Because the President has a mercy petition of three of these four convicts. If no decision is taken on these mercy petitions before the 22nd, the dates may be changed. On the other hand, even if a curative petition is filed in the Supreme, the execution of the judgment will have effect.
