Abu Ibrahim al-Qureshi became head of ISIS in place of Baghdadi

Iraq, Ta. 2 January 2020, Thursday

Abu Ibrahim Al Qureshi, another dangerous terrorist, was taken over by ISIS chief Abu Bakr Baghdadi as ISIS chief killed in a US military operation.

The assumption that ISIS would end when Baghdadi was killed was false and ISIS was active. Abu Ibrahim Al Qureshi became the head of ISIS only in Baghdadi.

According to an article in Foreign Affairs Magazine, the death of Baghdadi has weakened ISIS but did not end badly.

In March 2019, the US-backed Kurdish and Arab forces captured the city of Baguiz in eastern Syria. The city of Baguaj was considered the stronghold of ISIS. Seven months later, Baghdadi shot himself dead when he did not seem to be able to emerge when a clash with the US Army.

ISIS collapsed as Baghdadi collapsed

According to the Foreign Affairs Magazine, Russell Trekkers, the head of the Counter-Terrorism Center of the United States, informed the US Congress that ISIS carried out several terrorist attacks in the past year, much like precision planning and organized attacks by various groups.

In some places, ISIS became very strong. Baghdadi was killed by the US military. By then ISIS was expected to collapse but it did not. Only the head of ISIS was changed.
