A pistol was seen during a raid in Shaheen Bagh, police seized the weapon

During a demonstration in Shaheen Bagh for the past one-and-a-half months against the new law on citizenship, a person raised a pistol as if firing in the air.

Police seized the weapon immediately. It was not known who the weapon was and who was the man who raised the air.

For the past one and a half months in Shaheen Bagh, hundreds of Muslim women have been protesting against the new law on citizenship.

Police discovered the owner of the pistol to be a Haji Luqman and also called and inquired about Haji Luqman. Lukman told the police that when Shaheen went to Bagh yesterday, someone had pulled my pistol from his cover. It is possible that the person is in the air.

The police had explained that the code of conduct had come into force in the wake of the Delhi assembly elections and you should have deposited this weapon in the police. "I forgot to submit it to the pistol police," Lukman said at the request. Lukman also informed the police that everyone who entered Shaheen Bagh was searched. In the meantime, someone may have dropped my pistol.

Lukman was questioned by police till late on Tuesday and then seized a pistol.
