30th January 1948 Gandhiji's Day of the Last Day

The world has conferred the priesthood of non-violence on Mahatma Gandhi, the President who gave freedom to India. Despite several limitations, including the shortage of propaganda equipment, he was able to awaken the country from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. In today's digital age, it was his folklore that nobody could ever imagine. Thus they used to say that they had to live for 3 years but on January 7, at 5 pm, the body of the saint of Sabarmati was burst with bullets. At that time, after the partition of India and Pakistan, the country was experiencing communal hostilities when Gandhi assassination is an unforgettable chapter of history.

Gandhi woke up at 7am on the last day

After morning prayers, he took honey, lemon and warm water

Early in the morning, he was sitting down to write the necessary papers

At 8am I drank about 8 oz

Instead of leaving in the morning, he was beaten up in the room

He took a bath around 9am

His weight was 5 pounds measured

At 8am, I learned to write Bengali

At 5 o'clock, boiled vegetables and goat's milk etc.

At 8 o'clock I sat in the bed reading for rest

At 2 pm I met Takhar Ghosh from Hyderabad

At 8 o'clock he put a clay cloth on his back

In the afternoon, a string of visitors began

At 5, Sardar Patel came to meet his daughter

At 6.30 the party served a meal

Gandhiji and Sardar Patel were released at 4.30 pm

At 5am, Gandhi and his congregation rushed to the prayer hall

At 5am, Gandhi raised his hands to greet Janmayani

At the same time, three bullets were released one by one from the pistol
