US slammed Pakistan for abusing F-16 fighter planes

Pakistan's US condemned the irresponsible and misuse of F-16 fighter planes. US. News cites official documents saying the US has slammed Pakistan for abusing F-16 fighter jets and jeopardizing their joint security.

In February, American officials were contacted after a stressful time with Pakistan. The Indian Air Force claimed that it had demolished an F-16 jet during a strike with Pakistani troops. According to American media, Pakistan has been rejected by the United States for misusing the fighter plane.

The top US defense official wrote a letter to the president of the Pakistani Air Force in August accusing Pakistan of abusing the US-provided F-16 fighter jet and jeopardizing its joint security.

According to the Andrea Thomson website, the then US Under Secretary of Arms Control and International Security Affairs wrote a letter to Pakistani Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan in August criticizing the misuse of the F-16 aircraft.

Although the letter does not mention the dogfight between India and Pakistan in February, the letter from the US mentions the misuse of Pakistani F-16 aircraft and the Air Chief has also been criticized.

According to a source, the letter said that Pakistan's F-16 aircraft were used, which carried American missiles. The US gave Pakistan these planes under the agreement that Pakistan would not use these planes in a war-like situation.
