According to the latest data of the case information system implemented by the Supreme Court, the judge of the lowest court also has an average of 1656 (sixteen sixteen) cases.

Two groups have been formed in favor and protest across the country over the alleged fake police encounter in a so-called fake encounter with police by a gang of Veterinary Women doctors in Hyderabad.

Due to the delay in getting justice, there is a lot of anger in the hearts of the people, so the judiciary is concerned that the people of Hyderabad should be celebrated as they justified the Hyderabad encounter. The Chief Justice of the country also condemned the Hyderabad incident.

Those involved with the judiciary say that the charge of the courts is so high that the verdict cannot be reached for another 25-30 years. Also remember that hundreds of new cases are coming in every day. The manpower against the courts is very negligible.

A spokesman for the judiciary said the lower courts alone have more than five million criminal cases, half of which are five years old. Older cases are also family. What can a judge do by doing this?

There are only 19,138 (nineteen thousand one hundred eighty-eight) judges in the lower courts to decide the case of five lakh cases. New cases coming in every day are different.
