RKS Bhadoria escapes shooting at US Navy headquarters

Pearl Harbor (US), Dec 5, 2019, Thursday

Indian Air Force Chief RKS Bhadoria was fortunately outnumbered by a sudden gunfire on Pearl Harbor this morning at the US Naval and Air Force headquarters. Bhadoria was present when the shooting took place.

However, the security forces immediately cordoned off the area. The shooter was a young US Navy soldier. Three US soldiers were injured in the shooting, two of which are said to be serious.

The gunman then committed suicide by leaving the bullet on himself. An investigation into why he did this was immediately started. Air force chiefs from several countries are meeting in the United States to discuss the current security situation in the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean. In that regard, the Indian Air Force chief Bhadoria was there.

A US spokeswoman said that Air Chief Marshal Bhadoria and his colleagues were safe. Bhadoria has landed at Pearl Harbor headquarters.
