Inviting youth from all over the country for the first time, recruitment in Jammu and Kashmir High Court

There is a special opportunity for youths trying for a government job to work in the Jammu and Kashmir High Court. The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has issued recruitment for 33 non-gazetted posts. However, protests have begun on the issue of hiring outside unemployed youth in Jammu and Kashmir. Local unemployed youths have been caught demanding jobs in Jammu and Kashmir.

The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has issued recruitment for posts like stenographer, typist, compositor, electrician and driver and for the first time in the history of Jammu and Kashmir, youth from across the country will be able to apply for the post.

It is worth mentioning that for the first time after the abolition of Article 370 and 35A from Jammu and Kashmir, an application has been sought from people from all over the country for recruitment. The academic qualification to apply for most of the positions is graduate while the 12th for the post of electrician and the eighth standard pass candidates with valid driving license for the post of driver will be able to apply by January 31, 2020.

The minimum age limit for aspirants for the job is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 40 years. While reserved category candidates will be allowed within the maximum age limit. For the application, candidates have to submit a bank draft of Rs 350 in the name of Registrar General of Jammu and Kashmir High Court.

As the entire application process is offline, aspirants from Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh will have to fill the application form and send it to the Chief Judge of their district. While candidates from other states of the country will have to send the application to the Registrar General of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court.

However, protests have also started with the announcement of this recruitment. Demand for non-employment of youth in Jammu and Kashmir has begun. The Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party presented to the government that only unemployed youth of the state should be given job opportunities. It is not advisable to give government jobs to the youth outside Jammu and Kashmir. The demand was given to the youth of Jammu and Kashmir to be given a chance at government recruitment.
