The Delhi High Court has changed its decision on hearing of a petition filed by Pawan Gupta, one of the Nirbhaya gang rape accused.
Earlier, the court had earlier adjourned the hearing on January 24, but during the hearing, Nirbhaya's mother appealed for a hearing today.
After that, the court has prepared for hearing today. Earlier, the Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected the review petition of one of the four convicted Akshay Thakur.

Meanwhile, when the High Court decided to hear Pawan Gupta's plea on January 24, Nirbhaya's mother appealed to the court expressing her disappointment that a petition be heard today.
Pawan Gupta has claimed in his petition, "I was underage when Nirbhaya rap incident happened. Pawan's lawyer said that the trial court did not properly present my appeal.
