Conflict in Delhi on the citizenship bill, internet shut down, leaders detained

Internet and mobile services have now been shut down in a number of areas due to fierce protests against the Citizenship Bill in Delhi.

Meanwhile, a number of leaders were also arrested. These include Congress leader Sandeep Dixit, Ajay Maken's wife, son and daughter, Lt leader Sitaram Yechury, D, Raja, Yogendra Yadav, student leader Umar Khalid.

Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi again targeted the government and said, "Metro, Internet service is closed, Article 144 has been imposed everywhere." No one is allowed to raise their voices. Today, the government has printed billions of rupees in taxpayers' money, and on the other hand, the public is trying to suppress the noise.

Meanwhile, scenes of heavy traffic jam are being witnessed by staggering demonstrations. There is a long queue of vehicles on the roads. On the other hand, the problems of people have increased further as the metro stations have also been closed.
