Thousands of people have gathered in Jama Masjid, one of the country's largest mosques, to protest citizenship laws. People deployed in the presence of Bhim Army chief Chandrasekhar are protesting the Citizenship Research Act and Enri.
Chandrasekhar is set to march, though he has not received permission. Chandrasekhar reached the picture of Bhimarao Ambedkar in his hand. People are protesting against the act.
Due to the Zuma mosque of Shukrawani, the number of people is also high. Police asked the attendees to go home, but after offering prayers, they are sitting on the road. People in attendance are appealing for a peaceful march. Police suspect that students from Delhi University, Jamia University may also be involved in Chandrasekha's protest rally.

Seeing the crowd gathered at the Jama Masjid, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has closed the entry and exit doors of the stations at Chawdi Bazar, Red Fort and Jama Masjid. The train will not stand at this station.
Police have arranged a raid on security, monitoring five drones around Jama Masjid. In view of the situation, 144 out of the 14 police stations in North Delhi have been implemented.
