National Security Advisor Ajit Dobhal and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi discussed the border disputes between China and India. The meeting was held under the Special Representative Dialogue in which the two countries agreed to resolve any border disputes.

Chinese Foreign Minister arrived in Delhi on Friday night. The discussions that took place in the meantime included trade and other issues besides the border. The two countries agreed to resolve any dispute.

China has been the most intrusive. There are reports that India has raised the issue of infiltration with China in the midst of this situation.

A meeting was held between the two countries in order to maintain peace over the 3500 km long border, in which National Security Advisor Ajit Dobhal spoke on behalf of India and informed China about the status quo.

It was only in October that a meeting was held between Narendra Modi and Jinping, after which the second most high-profile meeting was held. Dobhal represents India while Wang represents China on the issue of borders between the two countries.

A few days ago, only one BJP MP in Parliament raised the issue, claiming that China was being repeatedly infiltrated. China has been occupied by Arunachal Pradesh for several areas.
