Yes, we trained Kashmiris to fight Indian army: Pervez Musharraf

Former Pakistani President General Pervez Musharraf confirmed that we had provided training and weapons to the Kashmiri people to fight the Indian army.

Until recently, the then Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, in the United States made a promise that more than 40 terrorist organizations are active in Pakistan. Now, General Pervez Musharraf, considered the most powerful president of Pakistan, is becoming more and more sluggish by day.

Musharraf also said that sporadic terrorists like Osama bin Laden and Jalaluddin Haqqani were considered heroes in Pakistan. In a Musharraf interview on Wednesday by a Pakistani political leader, Farhatullah Babar, Pervez could be heard saying that in 1979, we began promoting terrorism in order to oust Soviet Russia from the soil of Afghanistan and benefit Pakistan.

We started training Mujahideen around the world. He also provided weapons. Haqqani was our hero. Laden was our hero. Time was different then. Right now, these heroes are considered villains.
