Worse than pollution to capital hell: Supreme Court

New delhi date. November 25, 2019, Monday

The Supreme Court has struck down both the Center and the Delhi government over water pollution reports from the Bureau of Indian Standards. The court said that the situation in the capital city of Delhi is worse than hell. Concerning pollution, the Supreme Court has asked the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) to file a report on the factories operating in Delhi, which will report its adverse effects.

A bench headed by Justice Arun Mishra has asked the CPCB to report on the factories in Delhi. It is worth mentioning that BSI said that the most polluted capital in the country is water and not drinkable. Later, allegations against the Center and the state government had also started.
