Today is the birthday of Lal Krishna Advani, a senior leader of BJP and Indian politics and former Deputy Prime Minister. Advani turns 92 today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished a happy birthday to Advani, who has been dreaming of becoming the Prime Minister for the last fifty years.

At the time when the present BJP was not even born, LK Advani, who has a strong demographic, has seen a lot of greenery in politics. He has held various positions and Advani was the leader in 1992 when the controversial structure known as the Babri Masjid collapsed. Earlier, he had organized a nationwide rath yatra which was stopped by the then government in Uttar Pradesh.

Currently, Advani is not in active politics. He is retired or say he has been retired.

Today, many leaders of the party, including his 30th Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Roads and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari and BJP acting president JP Nadda, are going to greet Advani in capital New Delhi.

Advani was elected to the Lok Sabha more than once from Gujarat's Gandhinagar Parliamentary seat. Advani has a huge contribution to make the BJP a national and important political party today.
