Adult and gay are not acceptable to the Indian Army, a proposal submitted to the Defense Ministry

New Delhi, November 1, 2019, Friday

Despite the verdict that the Supreme Court did not consider adultery and homosexuality a punishable offense, it was found that both of these things were not acceptable to the Indian Army.

The Supreme Court ruled in this regard a year ago, but the Indian Army is unwilling to accept the verdict. The Indian Army submitted a proposal to the Defense Ministry. The army has provisions for punishment for adultery and adultery. The military court decides this. The verdict given by the Supreme Court to the people of the entire country is unacceptable to the army.

A military spokesman told the Defense Ministry that discipline in the army would be extremely difficult if both these things were not punishable. The army should be exempt from implementing this Supreme Court ruling. Reviewers think the military's argument is worth considering. Discipline in any army should be considered compulsory.

The welfare of the soldiers in the Indian Army is administered by the Adjutant General. He was asked whether you would apply for a Supreme Court judgment review. He then posed the question: Why do you think we have not applied for a review of this judgment?
