The job done to the captain of South Africa to win the toss, however, disappointment

New delhi date. 19. Saturday, October 2019

The third and final Test of the series between India and South Africa begins today in Ranchi.

Usually the captains of both teams come on the field to toss. Today, however, the start of the match came as a surprise to South African captain Faf Duplessy, who took on vice-captain Boomma, to lift the toss with Indian captain Virat Kohli.

However, Duplessi had previously disclosed this. It was reported that in the previous two Tests, Duplessi wanted Tose's call to take another player in his place.

However, Duplessin's fate was still behind two wheels. Kohli won the toss for the third time in the series and chose to bat.

Toss plays a very important role on Indian pitches. The team that wins the toss usually takes the bat first. Because India's pitches start to turn deadly from the third to fourth day, it creates problems for the other batting team.
