IB reveals conspiracy against India at Pak-Kathmandu-based Pak Embassy

Indian intelligence agencies on Sunday claimed that Pakistani embassies in Dhaka and Kathmandu were plotting against India.

After the removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, two Pakistani army officers misused the political channels there to promote the smuggling of fake Indian notes and anti-India activities. Intelligence agencies have also obtained evidence of this.

According to Indian intelligence agencies, Pakistani ambassador to Nepal Mazhar Javed Kathmandu has been found to be involved in inciting anti-India sentiments among influential Nepali groups.

The IB secret report revealed that Mazhar Javed held a high level meeting at the current embassy in Maharajganj, Kathmandu on September 27. 30 human rights activists, intellectuals and leaders were invited to the meeting.

The report states that at this meeting, Mazhar Javed tried to incite the Nepali lobby by saying that India was violating human rights by torturing the people of Kashmir Valley. Even on October 3rd, Mazhar wrote an article in the Nepali daily 'Citizen', raising the propaganda that the situation in Jammu and Kashmir was alarming.

Even Mazata Mazhar, who was close to Prime Minister Imran Khan, turned the embassy into an office by providing shelter to those working for ISI. According to the report, the number of officers and personnel associated with the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI in the Kathmandu-based embassy is high.

In addition, Colonel Shafat Nawaz, Defense Ataasi, the Pakistani embassy, ​​is in fact a representative of ISI. It smuggles counterfeit notes into India through a combination of local smugglers associated with the D-Company. It was also named in the funding of several ISI modules operating in Jammu and Kashmir.

Shafqat Nawaz's name was first revealed when he was arrested at Tribhuvan Airport in Kathmandu in the wake of a fake Indian currency worth Rs 7.67 crore in May. Delhi Police seized a large number of counterfeit notes in August following the arrest of D-Company operator Yusuf Ansari.
