HDIL's directors seize jet and Rs 60 crore jewelry ED

Every day something new is coming out during the investigation of PMC Bank's alleged Rs 4355 crore scam. The Economic Crimes Branch of Mumbai Police has appointed HDIL Company Chairman and MD. After the arrest of Rakesh Wadhwa and his son Sarang Wadhwi, the ED has also started to seize their various assets.

It has been found that the private jet ED has seized these people living in Dom Dom Sahibi. The bombardier jet was parked at the Mumbai airport which was taken over by the EDA.

Further investigation into the matter also revealed that a yacht owned by Wadhwa (a luxury navy) was anchored off the coast of the Maldives, with the ED contacting relevant authorities in the hope of seizing the yacht. Apart from this, Rs 60 crore worth of fake artwork and expensive jewelery was also seized.

Apart from this, 12 high-end luxury cars were also seized. It is said that ED has discovered five to six properties which have not been mortgaged to any bank. Sources have said that the process of forfeiture of the property will take place in the near future.

A total of Rs 10 crore has been discovered in the bank deposits and fixed deposits of the bank chairman Varyam Singh. Meanwhile, after the arrest of Varam Singh Kartar Singh, the former president of PMC Bank, he appeared in court today.

The court granted him custody till October 9. Former MD has been involved in PMC Bank's multi-crore scam. Joey Thomson was caught. He received police custody until October 17. Police are likely to find important information in this scam worth Rs 4,355 crore during their interrogation.

Bank transaction information is said to have been kept secret for 3 years. Joey is being sacrificed in this regard. He was just a bank employee. Joey Thomas' lawyer claims all the allegations against him are false.

Variyam Singh Kartarsinh (d. 62) living in Andheri fled after the case was registered. Police have learned that Warim Singh is coming to the Mahim Church premises. On the basis of which Vari Singh was arrested yesterday. The incident was reported during the preliminary investigation.
