A male suicide victim in Haridwar reaches seven 'wives'

Seven women have reached the holy pilgrimage Haridwar in Uttarakhand to claim the body of a man who committed suicide. He was taken into police tension.

A 40-year-old man committed suicide here on Sunday. Then came five women one after another. Everyone claimed that he was the wife of the deceased and that the deceased had no knowledge of the relationship with the other woman.

For hours this eruption had lasted. The police could not decide how to dispose of these five women cases. Meanwhile, two other women came and claimed to be the wife of the deceased himself.

Pawan Kumar, a resident of Haridwar's Ravidas colony, worked as a driver. He had been facing an economic crisis for some time. He was poisoned on Sunday night. His wife transported him unconscious to a nearby hospital where he died.

Police sent the body for postmortem. Police said that the woman who took Pawan Kumar to the hospital did not give us any information about why she committed suicide.

Three or four other women came to the police station claiming that he was the wife of the deceased. The wind bank account of the deceased did not even have a penny and he himself lived in a rented house.
