Vande Bharat Express will start running between Delhi-Katra from October 5th

According to information provided by Railways, the commercial operation of Delhi-Katra Vande Bharat Express will start from October 5 and bookings for it have been started on the IRCTC website.

The Home Minister Amit Shah will show a green flag to India Express on October 3 and will inaugurate the Indian flag on October 3. Devotees traveling to Vaishnodevi will be able to travel to Vande Bharat Express from October 5th and it will take only eight hours instead of 12 to reach Katra from Delhi due to high speed train. The first stop on the Delhi-Varanasi route was shown to India Express by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Equipped with state-of-the-art luxury, the Vandal Bharat Express is capable of running at 160 km / h. The train will have a total of 16 coaches, including two drive cars, two executive chair cars and 12 chair cars. The train will run six days a week and passengers will be able to travel between Delhi-Katra in eight hours on all days except Tuesday.
