Three new agencies will be formed for Surgical Strike and Cyber-Space Attack

Three new security agencies will be formed in the next few months to perform surgical strikes and combat cyber and space attacks. The president of these agencies, formed with the help of all three armies, will report directly to the Chief of Defense staff. Appointment of Chief of Defense staff is expected by the end of this year.

The three new agencies will be Defense Cyber ​​Agency, Defense Space Research Agency and Armed Forces Special Operations. The government is trying to activate these agencies within the next six months. Under the new proposal, all three new agencies will report directly to CDS.

The creation of three new agencies has been approved theoretically. All three agencies will be headquartered in Delhi. The chief of these agencies will be made officer of Major General or Lieutenant General rank. All three armies will be represented in these agencies.
