This amount of Shiv Kumar's money was deposited in the Congress headquarters

Karnataka leader De Sivakumar, who was considered a Congress party crisis leader, was treated at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital after complaining of deteriorating health on Thursday. The ED then brought her out of the hospital on Monday night and was taken to Tughlaq Road police station.

The shocking revelation by Shivkumar's inquiry and the documents obtained from him was that the capital which Shivkumar had received through money laundering was deposited at the Congress headquarters in New Delhi.

For the last nine days, Shiv Kumar has been in the possession of the ED. Special Court Justice Ajay Kumar Kuhar handed over custody to ED to question Shiv Kumar. The court said that the allegations against Shiv Kumar were serious.

It should be remembered here that the Income Tax Department last year accused Shiv Kumar of manipulating crores of rupees through a charge sheet and filed a charge sheet in a special court. He has also been charged with serious tax evasion.
