Madhya Pradesh receives black care in rain: 50 thousand people get shelter in relief camps

In Madhya Pradesh for the past several years, the torrential rains and more than five closed-river water houses and shops have been hit hard by people. According to official figures, 45 to 50 thousand people had to be moved to relief camps.

More than 36 districts have been flooded and in some places army personnel have so far raised more than 150 people. Relief work has been carried out for 210 of the National Disaster Relief Force, 100 of the State Disaster Relief Force, homeguards and 1500 police personnel.

255 District Relief Centers and 51 Emergency Centers were opened which were found to be operating round the clock. In some areas, there was a severe shortage of essential items. In the Mandsaur district, people whose houses are taller than two storeys have to resort to the roof or the roof. The rain is still on. A spokesman for the government said the relief work was being obstructed.

The state government of Madhya Pradesh and chief minister Kamal Nath are fighting a natural disaster on the one hand and on the other side facing the internal tensions prevailing in the Congress party.
