Jammu and Kashmir has no restrictions, it's just in your mind: Shah

Union Home Minister Amit Shah said there were no restrictions in the Kashmir Valley anymore. Misconduct is spreading over this. The sanctions that are in place are only in the minds of the opposition. He claimed that the absence of mobile phones is not a human right, but the lives of 41,800 people are human rights.

The whole world has endorsed the decision to remove Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. Amit Shah slammed the Congress and said that those who made mistakes so far had the responsibility to write history. So the wrong history is presented. Now is the time to write the true history.

In a program on national security, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was recently on a seven-day visit to the United States. Leaders from all over the world were present at the time, but none of them raised the issue of Jammu and Kashmir.

All over the world, Jammu and Kashmir has endorsed the removal of most of the provisions of Article 370 of the Indian Constitution which gave it special status. Regarding the sanctions in Kashmir, the Home Minister said that curfew has been removed from 196 police station areas in Kashmir everywhere and only eight police station areas have been imposed under section 144 of the CRPC.

He said that at the recently concluded UN General Assembly, world leaders gathered in New York for seven days. None of them raised the issue of Jammu and Kashmir is a major diplomatic victory of the Prime Minister. Terrorism has claimed more than 41,800 lives in Jammu and Kashmir for decades, but no one has raised the issue of human rights for children, widows or their orphans.

He said that people have been agitating for not having mobile connection for some days. Lack of phones is not a violation of human rights. He attacked Congress on the issue of removing Article 370. He said that the history of Kashmir was broken and presented to the country because it was the responsibility of the people who made mistakes.

He hides his mistakes and presents a history against the masses. Now is the time to write the true history. Facts will be presented to the public. Questioning why he went to the UN on Nehru on the Kashmir issue, Amit Shah said why was the ceasefire when our army was winning? What was the force of a ceasefire?

Then the decision to go to the UN was also a personal decision of PM Nehru and in my view it was a big mistake from the Himalayas too. Recalling Sardar Patel, Amit Shah said that when the country was liberated, we had a question of uniting 631 kings and princely states. There was no problem in uniting the 630 Kingdoms, but it took till August 5th 2019 to unite Jammu and Kashmir.
