(PTI) Houston, Ta. September 7, 2019, Saturday

An Indian American was accused of possessing a bump stock with a rifle. This was the first case since the Trump administration banned the weapon earlier this year. He will be produced before the court on September 12 and could face up to ten years in prison and a fine of two and a half million dollars if his conviction is proved.

The bump stock is fitted to the rear with a semiautomatic rifle that allows it to be fired continuously and fires much faster. A gun case was violated, including a machine gun mounted on a rifle caught with a rifle. The case was made.

He was previously kept in a mantle hospital and subsequently banned from possessing weapons. Last month, he was suspected by authorities of putting a disturbing message in the George Bush Foundation. He once even told the Bush Foundation to send one of your boys to kill him.

The Secret Service agent launched an investigation into the crash, which led them to his home, where he found a new NMM 277 round ammunition, a Glock pistol and a Colt rifle with a bump stock. When Secret Service agents arrived at his house, Dhingra told him that his schizophrenia was undergoing treatment.

"According to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, this is the first case registered in Texas and is believed to be the first case of illegal weapons and bump stock collection since the new law came into force in March 2019," the US Attorney's Office said in a statement.

The Trump administration has banned firearms after several mass shootings took place in the United States. The previous administration also investigated, but came to the conclusion that Congress could not proactively ban bump stock by saying that it had to change the rules.

But after rethinking the Trump administration, it concluded that bump stock operation is similar to an automatic rifle that can be banned under existing rules. In addition, the ownership of an automatic rifle can be banned.
