Union Minister Giriraj Singhhanu has said that the growing population in the country is similar to cancer. If it is not controlled then it will become the fourth stage of cancer. There is no cure.
Giriraj Singh said that strict laws need to be enacted to control the population. Those who do not comply with the law should be stripped of their voting rights and should not be given the economic benefits of the government's plans.
He also said that the fertility rate of minority women is higher than that of majority women.
He has also decided to travel from Meerut to Delhi from October 11 to 13 to convey the message of population control.
