Gehlot-Pilot disagrees over Rajasthan's bipartisan issue

Jaipur, Ta. September 19, 2019, Thursday

After six MLAs of the Bahujan Samaj Party joined the Congress in Rajasthan, differences have surfaced between Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and the Deputy Chief Minister and Rajasthan Congress Committee chairman Sachin Pilot. Sachin Pilot has publicly expressed his displeasure over the matter. When asked about the issue to Sachin Pilot, he said that it would be fine if the father did not ask my heart.

In Rajasthan, six BSP MLAs joined the ruling party Congress but did not meet the Deputy Chief Minister and Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee president Sachin Pilot. Supporters of Sachin Pilot also protested on the issue. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is counting on giving some seats to the six MLAs who leave the BSP for the Congress.

On the other hand, Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot and his close-in-charge General Secretary Avinash Pandey believed that outsiders should not get such importance at the expense of leaders and workers who work hard for Congress. This affects the structure of the organization.

Disagreements between the two leaders have increased over the issue again. Some time ago the differences between the two gigantic leaders were enormous and the supporters of the two leaders made suggestive statements in public. Again, tensions between the two and their supporters have increased on the issue of defection of the BSP legislators.
