The Kejriwal government has announced the implementation of the Odd Evening System to tackle pollution problems in the country's capital, Delhi.

The system will be implemented for the third time between November 4 and 15 in Delhi. Union Minister for Transport Nitin Gadkari said, "I do not think this system is needed." General Chat Chat Lounge Delhi will be completely pollution free from the plans we are going to implement in two years.
