Don't worry if the Prime Minister likes your speech or not. Today, the country needs the right speakers, says senior BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi.

Joshi was speaking at a function in memory of Swargatich Congress leader and former Union Minister Jaipal Reddy. Jaipal passed away on July 28 in Hyderabad. Remembering him, Murali Manohar Joshi said that we were both MPs together in the 1990s. Sadgap Jaipal had a basic idea and spoke on every issue. This virtue was sustained till the last breath. Jaipal Reddy was right when it comes to whatever problem the party may have.

He said that people are afraid to speak today that the Prime Minister will probably be offended by our speech. In fact, today, there is a need for true-speaking leaders. Whether the Prime Minister likes it or not, it must be true that it is in the interest of the country. Today, there is a need for leaders who speak the truth without compromising on the principle and who do not care who is happy and who is offended by the truth.
