Operation Kashmir: Considerations to be tabled in section 35-A and 370 cancellation bill

After the deployment of additional army forces in Jammu and Kashmir and stopping Amarnath meeting, the speculation market is hot and the situation is very tense. At such times, a Cabinet meeting will be held at 9.30 pm on Monday at the Prime Minister's residence, in which some important decisions may be taken.

In the current session of Parliament, the Modi government has passed the bills like the triple talaq, UAPA, while the Modi government is likely to make history by introducing Article 35-A and 370 repealing bills in the cabinet meeting.

The high-level meeting of the Home Ministry was held in Parliament House on Sunday when the market for speculation over the Kashmir issue was hot. The meeting, chaired by Home Minister Amit Shah, was attended by National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval and Home Secretary Rajiv Gaba, IB President Arvind Kumar, RAW chief Samant Kumar Goyal and senior Home Ministry officials.

Meanwhile, a bilateral meeting was held on Sunday at the residence of National Conference leader and former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah before the cabinet meeting of the Modi government. PDP leader Mehbooba Mufti was also present at the meeting. Farooq Abdullah said that the current situation for Kashmir is very stressful, scary as well as worst, never seen before.

Modi government cabinet meetings are usually held on Wednesday. But this time, the Modi government has called an urgent cabinet meeting just before the parliament session on Monday. The meeting has been convened at a time when there are speculations over the removal of sections 35-A and 370 in Jammu and Kashmir.

On the other hand, the country is hot on several important issues including Kashmir, Ayodhya. As such, a number of important issues can be discussed at a Cabinet meeting called on the Prime Minister's House. Additionally, after the budget session, Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Kashmir. At present, the atmosphere in Kashmir is very stressful.

Amit Shah will also travel to Jammu for a two-day Jammu tour to prepare for the assembly elections later this month and address a booth in-charge meeting. According to sources, the BJP's central leadership is planning a strategy to win maximum assembly seats in the Kashmir Valley.

Meanwhile, an all-party meeting was held on Sunday at the residence of National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah amid tense situation in Kashmir. PDP chairmen Mehbooba Mufti, Congress, Sajjad Lon and Shah Faisal were present in the meeting.

Special status of Jammu and Kashmir was discussed in the meeting. After the meeting, Farooq Abdullah said that the current situation for Kashmir was the worst, never seen before. Amarnath Yatra has never been stopped in 30 years.

The deployment of a large number of additional security forces in the Kashmir Valley has created panic among the people. He said that India and Pakistan should not take such a step so that tensions between the two countries will increase. He added that under no circumstances will we allow the special status of Kashmir.

Amarnath pilgrims return to Kashmir;

In Kashmir, Amarnath along with the tourists return the tourists to hotels and houseboats. The hunting and tourism trade has collapsed. Amarnath pilgrims are leaving after the advisory announced on Friday from the Home Department in Kashmir.

After the announcement of the advisory, special arrangements were also made by the government to exclude tourists and travelers from Kashmir. Now in 48klak it seems that the whole of Kashmir has been emptied of tourists and Amarnath pilgrims. Hunting has also been halted along with house boats in Dal Sarovar, a tourist destination. The hunter-gatherer's trade with others has also stalled.
